-The in-person presentations of ICCAUA 2026 will be held at Istanbul Aydın University on 7 May 2026, in order to complete all face-to-face sessions within one day.

General Important Note for In-Person Presenters
What steps should I take if unforeseen circumstances arise and prevent me from being physically present for my presentation in Istanbul?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and affect your ability to join us in person. Whether these involve visa issues, financial constraints, or unexpected departmental obligations, we would like to offer an alternative: we can easily switch your presentation from in-person to online, but this can only be arranged until 21 April. After that date, we will no longer be able to change your presentation mode to online.
If you anticipate any obstacles that may prevent you from attending in person, please inform us by 21 April. We will then make the necessary arrangements to transfer your presentation to an online format.

Presentation Duration:
Kindly note that your presentation should not exceed 10 minutes, as scheduled in the program, which will be sent to you one week before the conference. Our session chairs have been instructed to stop any presentation that exceeds the allotted time.

We are planning to hold all in-person presentations on 7 May.
Presentation Files:
Please remember to bring both your PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) and PDF versions of your presentation on a USB drive. This will allow seamless transitions between presenters and ensure smooth technical operations. Therefore, there is no need to email us your presentation files.
Opening Ceremony:
The opening ceremony will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. We kindly request your punctuality to ensure the smooth progression of the event. The registration desk will open at 8:30 a.m. Please also note that, due to heavy traffic in Istanbul, it may take one to two hours to reach the conference venue if your hotel is located far from the venue. Kindly take this into consideration when planning your journey.
Co-Authors’ Participation:
While the in-person event will not be broadcast live, your co-authors are most welcome to participate in any online sessions free of charge. Please inform them accordingly. We will also share the online conference program with all authors one week before the conference.
