Accommodation Information for ICCAUA2025 Conference Attendees
Dear ICCAUA2025 Conference Participants (In-person),

Special Rates for ICCAUA2025 Participants:
- Single Occupancy – One Person: 2250 TL (approximately 58 Euros) per night – Pay upon arrival.
Double Occupancy – Two Persons: 2500 TL (approximately 65 Euros) per night - Pay upon arrival.

Important Notes:
- Payment: You will have the opportunity to pay upon your arrival. However, it is imperative that if you must cancel your trip for any reason, you inform the hotel manager, Mr Yalçın Kaptanoğlu, promptly to avoid any inconvenience.
- Transport to Conference Venue: On 8th May, at 9:00 AM, a bus will be available in front of the Kaptan Hotel to transport you to Alanya University, the conference venue.
- Passport Number: Please include your passport information in your booking request to ensure the reservation is made accurately under your name.
